lolwut? It's the second picture. If you look at the top one there are no mesh grills at the bottom of the bumper. And in the second picture at the bottom opening and the two side pockets where fog lights go are mesh grills inserted into them. And there's no lower front lip on the first picture either, which is installed in the very bottom part of the bumper.

The first picture isn't good quality I guess. I was a little disappointed in myself for not having more at the ready. Here's a picture of the car with the lip on unpainted.

I wish my car had better gas mileage. The stereo system (stock, Bose) is crapping out so music only plays out of one side about half the time and the LED display looks like a spastic checkerboard. Any suggestions?

Upgrade. You can get a nice stereo for around $150 and a good sound system upgrade made to fit your car from Crutchfield.
