Why would you buy a Beemer when I told you about all the problems I had with mine?
What is "ok" to you? It's the epitome of a sports sedan and is world renowned for being leader in its class for years.
BMW isn't going to rape me on anything, read up on their factory warranties. I don't even have to change my own oil or brakes. The car has sensors for that and monitors time and usage and informs me of when it's time to take her in for maintenance. Oh, and did I mention that I get free loaner car any time I take mine in for scheduled maintenance? =P
I mean it gets you from point a to point b, but I wasn't totally swooned when I drove my buddies 328i or whatever version it is. Really nice car, but I think it's a brand thing more than anything. You can tell all your OKC girls you drive a BMW and they will think you're hot shit haha
The warranty is cool, but how long are they? I doubt longer than 3, definitely not 5 unless you spent a lot of money..but you are neglecting that aspect of the debate haha
My volkswagen has all those silly sensors and time monitoring and it cost me 26k and I kind of regret dropping that much dough on a car.
King, would you mind if I asked about price?
Says the guy who drives a Dodge truck.
My daily is an RSX Type S now, but what's wrong with Rams? It hauls like a boss, and the Megacab has a ridiculous amount of cabin room.
I like BMW styling alright, but I think they are overpriced for what they are, plus it's a sedan. 37k for a glorified family car, with a pointless warranty, isn't my idea of value. Nothing is going wrong under 50k miles these days no matter what you buy, and when stuff does go wrong down the road, I don't want to be paying to repair German vehicles.
I don't have a car or a gun...
...but I have a BIG fucking bookshelf.
