I saw a promo for a discovery show program a couple of years ago and it was about people who looked like twins but weren't related. The promo showed like 10 sets of "twins" standing side by side and I remember it mentioning that they were going to talk about how scientifically these "twins" could be possible.
About half of the couples looked looked zeph and his doppleganger(pretty close), but the other half looked EXACTLY like each other, it gave me the creeps. It sucks that I never got the see that program, if anyone knows the name of it, please tell me.

I can see the resemblance, but it's not hard to tell the difference. Your friend has a rounder nose and chin, while Zeph's eyebrows are bushier and he has hanging earlobes.

but those are the only differences...disturbingly similar, overall. You could easily mistake them.

There is quite a resemblance between the two, but I don't think I would get them confused very often in real life. It may be due in part to my academic background though, because I tend to overanalyze faces and the human body in general sometimes*.
