Yeah, sometimes it sucks being so picky.
I think some of them are pretty funny, especially that Straight Edge one, and that girl with the toilet behind her.

I just think they're abusing the concept. It was funny with they were actually anti-inspirational posters, and even now some of them invoke laughter (such as the toilet one), but it just seems like they lost their original intent. You can just put any word on them now.

There is quite a resemblance between the two, but I don't think I would get them confused very often in real life. It may be due in part to my academic background though, because I tend to overanalyze faces and the human body in general sometimes*.
* which makes it difficult to find porn worth watching
Just out of curiosity: why would you put an asterisk at the end of a sentence when it's only referring to the next sentence? Are you worried that people reading your post will somehow be unable to find the next sentence, and to deduce that it follows naturally from the one before it?
I agree, motivational posters are getting stale. However, mugshots are still going as strong as ever.
