No worries folks. I've taken Iconoclastic's recommendation and am currently using musikcube to put the file into mp3. Encoders slower than shit. (Probably since it's encoding to mp3 and not aac)

That's what I use. Takes about 6 seconds per song to rip 192 kbs MP3s.
