The results are in, we had 56 replies out of 95 email addresses (thought we would get everyone on this!), and it was amazing as most people had voted completely differently, i.e. the results were pretty close as we had a total of 76 bands being voted for (90% are Bloodstock compatible!). this goes to show that the Bloodstock audience is pretty much open to who appears I guess. Anyway the results are as follows:

Band Never Played the UK before

1. Rhapsody
2. Lost Horizon (Hammerfall also came in here, BUT they have played the UK before!)

So that is Power Metal all the way. Except for CoB who are, apparently, power metal without the vocals!

So Gamma Ray for Friday headline and Hammerfall second on the bill on Saturday? My cheques in the post!

It will be excellent who ever is playing. The organisers are doing a stirling job keeping us all happy. CoB don't do it for me, but what the hell, I'll be there.

Let's face it without Bloodstock there is bugger all to get excited about in the UK.

well theres always the popular demand vote! ask Vince if he says yes then we'll play, we live in derby and will be at bloodstock anyway!
