The "status update" emails

Hey Ken,

I just placed an order after your changed servers and received a confirmation as always. A day or two later, I get this "status update" email saying my CDs have been shipped. That's real cool. Are you going to stick to this?

On the old server, we had to go to the site and login to see Our Account whether the orders were shipped or not. This new system makes it a lot easier.

It's pretty much built into the system - everytime we touch your order it updates the status and you get an email. :0)
