In the past, post order, I used to get three notifications from Laser. 'Ordered', 'Processing', and 'Paid-Shipped', I think were the three.

I placed an order Fri. night for a 'Buy or Die'. Well, I'm getting palpitations and am experiencing paranoia and hair loss. I've only received 2 e-mails from Laser so far with the last being 'Processing'.

Has your post purchase notification format changed and I've forgotten that it has? Or am I experiencing 'I can't miss out on this one syndrome' ?

I don't know what the order number is. We got hung up on a number of titles either not arriving when scheduled (Threshold) or we oversold it and are waiting for fresh supplies.

Jim is diligently sorting pushing orders out the door so its possible its an issue that will resolve itself today. Feel free to email me the info and I'll give you more details.

Thanks for the update...I was wondering what happened to my order!

I noticed Friday evening, when I ordered My first copy
that when I went to see the description of the cd,
the software threw me out of the entire site
[this was after I had ordered it].
I went back later that night, and saterday morning,
and it continued to throw me off the site
