The Tabernacle Damage

The Thirsty Whale in Chicago has better sound than any venue in Atlanta? Including Center Stage? You have to be kidding right? Thats like saying having a band playing in a closet is better than Center Stage. Although the Whale was a great place to SEE a band I can say that the sound sucked ass. It had terrible acoustics.
Just my 2 cents, bro. They don't make places like that anymore. I had no problems with the sound. Center Stage is decent sound-wise, but the Tab is WAY better, IMO. No offense.

What happened to it? I hope everything is alright..

I remember at PP2 the Pre-party was at the venue right under the Tabernacle.. And SOAD was playing at the main stage.. I remember I wanted to get in, but it was sold out =/

Yep. I remember the ceiling of the downstairs room (The Cotton Club back then) was visibly moving due to the crowd jumping upstairs. :zombie:

Some of the PP band members in attendance at that pre-party were sneaked upstairs at their request to check out SoaD briefly, as there is a stairway in back. :heh:
