That's Adelaide city, the capital of South Australia. I think it's prettier than Sydney. Sydney is a 'concrete jungle', a bit more like L.A.

Adelaide is a little weird, you have these really nice old buildings, churches and modern glass/concrete/stainless steel buildings then somewhere in between you have these square block buildings that look almost 'socialist'.

i.e.

The place is flat and all the streets are set out like a perfect grid, Sydney is quite hilly and it's like it started at one point then the roads sprawled out in all directions like some convoluted spider web.
