Waste of time... I dont say Slipknots drummer is the best. But one of them. And of course is better than Jaska.

he is good but thats going way way too far, even for best metal drummers thats way too far. as far as drummers in general goes there are little kids who can tear the shit out of him.

Yeah man. The same happens with the band. Ok, some songs are fully of nu shit. But the most are brutal metal. So fuck off who says they are nu metal.

Im not a slipknot fan, however i know the guitar player (forget his name), is a classically trained guitar teacher, and certainly knows his shit...id say hes more talented than the drummer for sure. The drummer doesnt seem much more intense than any other extreme metal band to me.

honestly, i don't wan't to be sexist or anything, but i've only seen 1 good female drummer in my whole life. It's a chick from brazil, she kicks fucking ass

Anyway, slipknot's dude isn't bad at all, i've seen him playing once, it looked like he had a good bunch of technique and yes, i'm pretty sure he's the band's best one.

IMO the quickest drummers are Janne Saarenpää (The Crown) and Nick Barker (Dimmu Borgir).
Technichally Mike Portnoy is awesome.
But my fav is probably Dave Lombardo, awesome fills.
