10 years late, but I tried Deschutes Jubelale for the first time tonight. Nice malt backbone, not too hoppy- Crystal 150 gives it a nice raisin/long boil quality. May try a homebrewed version since there's a good clone recipe from Denny Conn.

Also, I like how this is months between responses, like we're North Pole adventurists in the 1800s and send messages by sea lion.
