Actually, Survivorman is shot all by Les Stroud, the dude it's about. It's twice as hard for him as he has to go around setting up the cameras by himself, then take them down again everytime he wants to make a shot. That's gotta suck when you're climbing hills & need a distance shot.


"Man vs Wild" has a crew, however.

Oh I'm not referring to the "Survivorman" show. I saw an episiode of that and it looked damn real to me. I'm just referring to the generic shows with big budgets following the successes of the true explorer/traveler/adventurers. Sorry for going off-topic here.

Back on topic: Hypothetically speaking, if ghosts were proven, won't would impact atheism? Would that somehow, indirectly spell that there is something beyond life? Then the argument falls, it might not be a GOD but just a mass of spirits.....ok enough of this because I'm sounding ridiculous.

I love the survivor shows. I do like "Man vs. Wild" better though. People got in a twist when they realized that Bear Grills had help during these shows. "LIKE OMGZ reallllllllllllly?!?!? You mean the camera crew that follows him around WON'T leave him to die if he's in trouble!!!11"

To me, "Man vs. Wild" is more about showing the techniques to survive. More educational than reality if you know what I mean. Even if catching a rabbit in a tiny little slip-knot is probably next to impossible.

Before accepting your last statement about the logic of ghosts, one would have to believe that the idea of a soul was in itself sound and logical. To get there you would need some sort of evidence beyond wishful thinking. Building unfounded superstitions on top of irrational wish-thinking is sort of a double whammy.




How is it possible that you know "alot" about ghosts?

Anyways here's the story. He was looking for a home to buy with his wife and they went to look at a big cathedral home that was said to be haunted (Yeah right huh?) Well, they got there (((just them and the real estate lady))) ...
They're looking around the house. It was totally empty, and they here little kids running upstairs.


Well, his ol' lady took pics of the house so they could look at it and compare it to the other houses they looked at. When they got the pics developed they about SHIT their pants. In one photo he is standing right next to a window talking to the real estate lady. And in the window as clear as fucking day are three ghost faces looking at them!!! They freaked, I seen it and holy shit it's crazy looking. After that they had one of those spirit companies or what ever they are called go into the home with their equipment and sure shit they were monitoring stuff all over the house.
I'll see if I can get a copy of the pic!!
