These Low Lands, Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus (need some help...)

On "Hope," Swallow the Sun do a cover of an extremely badass song called "These Low Lands" (it's a bonus track). Wikipedia attributes the original track to "Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus." I don't know shit about these guys or their releases. Anyone out there who could give me some advice on how to acquire the album with the original track on it?

Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus - Lopunajan Merkit is the original cd (it's rack 8 "Alavilla Mailla").

You usually have to translate everything with the band as they prefer to write in their native language (i.e. Finnish).
