The Amaran CD's are just so awesome! They sound like so many different metal styles, sometimes thrash, death and power. On some songs such as Void and Katharsis they sound like a mellower Arch Enemy except that Johanna De Pierre(the lead singer) sings with clean vocals. Katharsis is pretty damn brutal at times and the Death vocals(the only track that has death vocals) on that track helps a lot to make it sound like that. But the neatest thing is Johanna's voice that is mixed within this brutality, which makes the song even more compelling.
