feathers! there is in fact evidence now that indicates that many of the later carnivorous dinosaurs, particularly the smaller raptor relatives, were at least partially feathered.

i want a big giant flying dinosaur with feathers to come to my dinosaur feeder. i would put it out in the trees in the back alley.

i am so excited that this dinosaur actually had feathers. it's really hard to imagine evolvement of feathers from scales, which makes it even more cool.
