Okay, a couple of nights ago whilst watching "Metal Mania" on VH1 Classics, I saw a video I hadn't seen in 20 years: "Waiting For The Big One" by a group called Femme Fatale. I remember watching the video with my brother back in the 80's. We both had the same thought: we'd grab our crotches and say, "I've got her big one!" Now, I'm ready to kill myself cuz I can't get the friggin' song out of my head! The chick who's the lead singer isn't hot, the song isn't very good, but the video isn't bad. Does anyone know where I could download the video? I've looked online for legit places to get it, but without luck. I've tried Limewire, also without luck. Any ideas?

Also, I'm ready for the flamming/beat down I so richly deserve for posting about a 'hair band' on here. Zac post about King Diamond, I post about Femme Fatale. I'm sure my next post will be about Winger.uke: Has anyone else had this problem with a bad song haunting them? Does this make me gay???

Speaking of Metal Mania, I was just watching, and I got excited when Eddie Trunk said they were gonna play some Saxon. To my horror, they played a song and video from the biggest piece of shit they ever laid down to tape, "Destiny." EUUUUGGGHHH.

Metal Mania really is a killer show because they aren't afraid to play the obscure stuff too. I about freaked one night when they played the old Rough Cutt and Mama's Boys! Good stuff.

Actually, I was able to track down the email address for Lorraine Lewis, the lead singer in Femme Fatale. To my surprise, she actually emailed me back! She said that she was actually going to post the video to her website in the very near future. I agree with Metal Ages. They do play some good stuff. I see some videos that make me laugh out loud and I see some killer ones that I haven't seen since the late 80's! You do have to wade through some crap (ie White Lion) to get to some good stuff (ie Dokken).

VH1's Metal Mania is probably the best heavy metal video show out there IMO. Not only do they play the popular videos from the 80s, but they play obscure stuff as well. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw them play "Lonely" by Crimson Glory a couple of times.

Metal Mania does surprise you from time to time. It's much better than Headbanger's
Ball (btw, does anyone know what song they play on HB with the opening montage?), which plays all that nu metal crap. I really like the stuff they play on Uranium (which is on Fuse), but Juliya make me sick to my stomach. Here's a fun drinking game--have a drink for every time they bleep her out. Have to drinks for an F bomb. She's a moron. Don't get me started.

Anyone ever seen a JP video on any of thes shows?
