Those shiny metallic sticker labels you see on some CDs

I recently got a load of my band's ep on those fancy compact disc things that modern people are starting to come around to, and I've put some in my local shops for sale this past two weeks. The problem is, our cover art isn't very 'light' or brightly colored as it's doom metal so I thought about making some sticker labels for it, like this one:

So, while it's a long shot, I was wondering if you guys knew where and how to get these things made. I called around to places like FedexOffice and Office depot and they act like they've never heard of these.

This of course would go onto the plastic wrapping, not the CD itself like the Beyond Creation one pictured.
 
I did a Google search for "metallic stickers" and it brought up several manufacturing websites. They seem to be labeled as "foil stickers", but I have never ordered any and can't attest to quality of one company versus another.
