Thoughts about Jackson RRXMG

I wanna buy one of these guitars, but i feel anxious about basswood , love to play Thrash , Groove and Heavy also i like shredding.May i get Jackson's characteristic sounds with that wood ? (I'm a rythm guitarist btw)
