thoughts on ozzy osbourne- prince of darkness boxset?

imo sony really botched this thing up. they should have listened to ozzy and not whoever in their marketing team told them a boxset from ozzy with mostly rarities wouldn't sell well. i know for fact the final product was not what he wanted. he liked the duets disc but he wanted 3 cd's that covered his career and contained a lot of the b-sides, import tracks and non album tracks not available in the united states. he also stated he would have represented each officially released studio and live album probably by picking 1 track from each release. didn't really want to include the covers disc as part of the boxset either.

i made a much better boxset using the rare stuff they actually let ozzy put on the boxset and downloaded the stuff that was left off
