We are down to 500 remaining. I anticipate a nice bump once the Wed/Thurs shows are announced.

Just passed out some cards at the Iced Earth/Symphony X show in Houston. They disappeared fast from the bathroom ledge.

Single day tickets are only made available in August in the event the fest has not sold-out by then.
So, my question: do I have a chance to buy a single day ticket in August if you only have 500 tix left in March?
Glenn said that single day tickets will go on sale in August if not SOLD OUT. That's pretty self explanatory...

I'm just asking if I have a chance that it's not sold-out by August. I've never been to the fest so far so I've never bought any ticket, be it the full pass or single day ticket. So I'm asking questions. Maybe I should have been more precise: is the fest usually sold-out by August, or there are single day tickets that are being sold most of the time at that period?
I know this has been asked before, but Is there any just 'general vague idea' when you think the wed/thurs will be announced now we are into march?
after the bill for our studio time, prog power is next! m/!!! really looking forward to this year!
- also for the record... I'm sorry if this seems a dumb question, I am just apparently very out of the loop on some things...
Do you always nickle and dime promoters for events you wish to attend?

I'm not too sure if I understand what you mean as English is not my first language, but the fact is that it will be physically impossible for me to attend anything other than Saturday, as I'll be attending a training course for my job in Las Vegas until Thursday at the soonest and I'll be flying on Friday. So, that leaves only Saturday left for Prog Power, that I would really like to attend, for Pretty Maids only, even though I'm interested by other bands as well.
So, that's why I'm asking for the single day ticket. I'm never too crazy to buy tickets for events I won't attend (like the other PP days)...If I'm forced to, maybe I'll think about it, otherwise, I'll take the single day ticket if it happens...

Why not fly out of Vegas early Friday morning? That should get you to the festival in time. I fly from AZ every year and it's only about a 4 hr flight, yeah you lose some time due to the time zone change but it's more than doable. That way you can buy the two day pass and not have to worry about a potential sell out and you not getting the one day Saturday pass. You won't regret coming on Friday. I guarantee it.
