What would you prefer for the first SymphonyX DVD:
-a live session of V with images on a screen, a real choir, an orchestra for the orchestral songs and a rich booklet with some explanations (like Pain of Salvation's Be DVD)
-the whole next album and some old songs
-songs taken from every album
???

I would absolutely prefer a selection of songs from all the albums. I don't really see a point in just playing a whole album live when you can do a "best of" instead. And I hope there'll be more than one epic on it; Divine Wings Of Tragedy AND Rediscovery pt2 AND The Odyssey would be awesome. :Spin:

Man... is this a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy overdue concept!!! I've being saying to the band the last twice I met them to get a DVD filmed. I think they have more than enough albums out now to justify a 'live' DVD.
I'd love to see an extended concert best-of (in full!!! - keep all the interview segments, home video footage & shit seperate!!!). Maybe include band member interviews going through a Symphony X introspective - band conception, blow by blow album accounts, to the current day. I don't know if they've recorded any promo videos, if they have I'd like to see them thrown in the pot as well for good measure!!!

This has been discussed ad nauseum & is even in the FAQ..it has nothing to do with having their shit together, or lack thereof.
