That's great, but can he do that? I mean, did he not give up the rights to the name Stratovarius?

Funny you should say that, yesterday I saw some statement from Tolkki about him receiving a legal letter from Stratovarius's agent about using the Stratovarius name.. can't find it again at the moment, but it doesn't look like he's going to be able to use it. I don't think he should, either - he should release it under a different name, since it's just a single album with the old Dreamspace line-up and all that..
