Tips & Suggestions symphonic metal

This song is all breakdowns, but it has character. We're going for a somewhat orchestral/symphonic feel to the death metal. I'm looking for tips and suggestions on my mix / keyboard settings and EQs to get everything sitting nicely and all those goodies.

The guitars sound like they have way to much gain and they are a little harsh

is there some bitcrushing or something phasey goin on on the guitars?
i think that is cool, guitars sound huge and not so generic that way

i like most of the keyboard stuff but i hate the organ and the bells

i'd also try adding more reverb to some of the keyboard stuff to make some sort of washy atmospheric background soup out of it if that makes sense
