Well, we've been working our asses off on new material for the upcoming album recording in May.
Song titles so far include "Parfum", "Obscure Oblivion", "Realm of Dreams", "Phantoms", the two demo songs (re-recorded and re-worked slightly) plus an as-yet untiled song that will probably start the album. Should be about 50 minutes + total at the going rate.
We're really excited about how things are coming along. While we still love the demo songs we recorded, there's a real mood amongst ourselves that the best is definitely yet to come. It's heavier, more epic, more technical, stronger choruses, etc, etc. Just bigger and better all round, ha ha!!
Tom and Julie will be going to Hungary (where Akos lives) to record the drums, guitars and vocals. Then the bass and keyboards will be recorded back in the UK (at my apartment - rock and roll!). Seems complicated? Well it's kind-of a budget issue. Studios in the UK are very expensive and we need a lot of time. This is the only way we can do this without making ourselves homeless!
