Actually Brooks, good luck!!!
I do that sometimes for 30 days...
It's really not THAT hard to stop drinking for a while...
it's really good for the body, and if you do any sort of work out: you'll lose more weight
and be less tired while working out...
I'm planning on starting my 30 days detox after next week, myself.
Allright, I've made my big jug of lemonade, and it is shockingly delicious! Even after this cleanse, I'll probably make this stuff and keep it in the fridge. The maple syrup is a perfect sweetener, and the cayenne pepper adds a perfect kick.
Not eating food for 10 days will shock my body into submission. I can't wait to find out if I can take it.
nah, it's not silly, once in a while it's nice to give my liver a break.
I know all about moderation... moderation is my life style...
but my 30 day alcohol detox is only for working out purposes.
If you have a goal with working out: try it once...
the results are really amazing.
I don't drink often enough or in large enough amounts that detox would benefit me at all. In my history, alcohol has NOT affected me adversely outside of drinking too much of it at that moment.
