Well I managed to get a private hospital to do my surgery and the NHS will pay for it, I now feel better after my rant in this forum that I am now going ahead with it

I will be away for a few days and I am kinda nervous about it

Thanks everyone for your messages of support, I am back as you can see and it went well if not fuckin painful, I thought I would get some photo's taken showing you what I look right now

What the operation did, was to remove a bone that got dislodged from the ankle joints and was basically cutting through the tendons at the back of the ankles, I will be wearing these Jeff Hannerman boots for approx 4 weeks
