with there being a seperation of church and state god has no say in who we kill. I don't like the death penalty because it is extremely flawed. er i should say i don't like the homicide investigation system that accuses people of crimes they didn't commit. But i still have no place in my heart for someone who causes so much suffering. I pity him but thats it.

I'm not familiar with this case but...

I, for one, am "skeptical" of the death penalty. I see no problem with executing people who actually have murdered others, but I am also skeptical of most government power, especially on issues of life and death. Having said that though, just because a person repents or converts to religion or writes children books does not mean they should not suffer for the crimes they commit. His repenting doesn't change the fact that he killed people.

Oh, and if gang members need help getting out of their lifestyle, perhaps they should be invited to his execution to see what happens to convicted murderers.

Finally, a crime issue we both agree on!

you know over here, last week there was a terrible case of some kid who got bludgeoned to death by a psycho purely cos he was black, his mother was on tv sobbing her heart out as you'd expect, her words troughthe sobbing were that her son was special and taken for no reason..... but she forgives the hillers, god tells her to forgive, so she must....... i am not a christian but that to me is the christian faith speaking........ not you took my eye give me fuckin yours.........

That's awful about the kid, good for her her faith is stronger than mine.
