He calims he is rehabilitated, but yet refuses to accept responsibility for the people he murdered. Isnt that the first step of rehabilitation? Anyone can say "Hey Kids, dont join a gang" which is basically what he has done while in jail. Of course he wants to live, but he was sentenced to death, not sentenced to rehabilitation. They need to plunge the needle into his arm, as quickly as possible.
