I half ass count my calories, dont eat junk, and eat a bunch of veggies for dinner.
Also bought an exercise bike, so I ride that for at least 30 mins a night.
Once it warms up I'll be riding like a mad man, with a couple friends
I guess im doing ok, have lost 47 lbs
