2. Classical guitar

3. Vintersorg's singing

4. Garm's singing

5. The wind through the trees

Hope you wont find this thread too pointless....

of course not... very good topic, in my opinion.

my five that spring to mind (in no order)

-also cat sounds (I simply love them : ) )
-rain in the woods
-a watterfall
-thunder
-wolves howling

and of course music, although that is a little more than just sound, as far as I'm concerned (that's why I didn't list singing)

1: The sea shore...
2: Thunder...
3: Nice accoustic guitars
4: Flute with Norwegian folk tunes..
5: Music of different sorts..

1- Chuck Schuldiner solos
2- Chuck Schuldiner riffs
3- Chuck Schuldiner vox
4- Grim guitar sounds, heavy with lots of distortion :heh:
5- The opening of a beer! (I mean it) tsssssssss :D

  1. Musical instruments (by themselves or well combined).
  2. Water (The sound of the sea, running water, splashing water, when you drop things into it....).
  3. Storms (Wind, Thunders, Rain).
  4. Leaves in Autumn. Steps on them, the rustling of them...
  5. Wolves howling.
I think every sound can be nice if you pay attention to the pattern, then again depends on the day.. sometimes I can be very annoyed by them and other times i can be enchanted by the sound of my printer, the subway... a telephone ringing is something i'll hate forever though. ;)

music of most sorts
Rain on roof
harbour sounds ( sea gulls, fishing boats...)
the sound of the open ocean
a glade in a forest on midsummer dawn

-phyros ( who couldn´t stand beeing def )

That's just impossible. Different things sounds different in different moods, and it differs what sounds the most beautiful.

But things that can sound nice are childrens' laughter; dolphins singing; rain drumming on the roof; wind; waves; the "sound" of silence, especially out in nature; the voice of someone dear can be very comforting and reassuring; birds singing............. there are so many things...... :)
