Clutch has done music that sounds really "rednecky" (see The Elephant Riders), though most of the time they're really just making fun of rednecks and rural Americans. They're actually fairly sophisticated guys.

Trailer park residents are having a tough time now that Poison and Winger are old and decrepit. There are probably some bands like Hellyeah that might qualify, but mainly, 80's glam IS trailer park metal.
Oh I forgot about them.Zakk Wylde is always acting like a redneck biker dude when before he look straight out of a hair band.I think Coc later period can fit into this thread.God I wish I was Alice In Chains Smack can be Trailer Park Metal.Ac/Dc too.
High on Fire have southern influences but are in no way trailer-parky, although Down totally are. BLS and anything Rob Zombie's been in are good calls.
