trboule choosing cd

i know this is teh wrong time to axe but my brother is gonna make an order for me for christmas. one of the cd i want is the russian band mental home. should i get Black Art or Upon the Shores of Inner sea. on the later album they develop their ouwn sound, but the art on black art look so interesting.
