I realllllllllly like this album. I enjoy how they took a step back with something that doesn't sound overly ambitious, since they had been heading pretty deep in that direction.

I am really liking this album a lot as well. It sounds as if they really incorporated everything they've done in the past without sounding the same or pretentious.

Not sure what song I like the best yet, but I really enjoy the vocal harmonies on Stargasm and Octopus Has No Friends.

Best songs are Spectrelight and Bedazzled Fingernails. The spacey vocals on Bedazzled Fingernails in the chorus trips me out and is catchy as fuck. I'm loving this album now. Just like the last one, it had to grow on me for a couple of hours.

I wasn't a huge fan of the early stuff, but I really started to get into them over the last few years and I dig this. I like it because it is different....there are a lot of different sounds and moods and they combine bursts of aggressiveness with some catchy riffs and also some trippy stuff. You don't have to be a metal fan to like it, and if you are a metal fan it is nice to have something a little "off center" to add some variety into the mix.

I agree with this pretty much 100%. I never cared much for this band until Crack the Skye, and that album blew me away. This one sounds like I'll really get into it as well. My favorite track so far I think, is Stargasm. Love those vocal melodies.
