Tried a deathmetal song for a change

Hey!

I wanted to do some production practice on a deathmetal song so I just wrote my own song and recorded it. I went for this semi old school prod, where everything's clear and has a nice definition to it but at the same time there's this raw and characteristic edge to it.

sounds to me like you nailed it. the drums sound way mechanical, but then, that may be the point. would be good with some vocals, as part of the whole "old school vibe" rests in how the vox are done.
