Trivium Instrumental

They're a good live act when I saw them with Bodom in November. They have some good shit but if their going to be the "next metallica" according to GuitarWorld magazine, they need to loose the Metal-core shit.

They definitely need to drop the metalcore bullshit. If they want to be the next Metallica and appeal to ALL METAL HEADS AROUND THE WORLD instead of just USA and UK they need to drop it.

The guitar work in that video is outstanding compared to a lot of bands.

i never thought i would see trivium, but i went along with my friends friday and saw them. I thought they were pretty good actually, but i just don't like the music too much.

what they really need to do is to get matt heafty (*or whatever his name is) away from the mic and just let him play guitar with the other dude and get a new lead singer.

Yeah that would be alright. He has changed his vocal style and is trying to sound like Hetfield, but failing terribly, he also can do his clean parts live and steps too far away from the mic when he is supposed to be singing and you can't hear him.

I've never heard Trivium, but that instrumental rocked. And Sam from DragonForce said Trivium play like 15 year olds. I bet he's gonna be like oh shit.

I like his screaming, and hate his singing. Though, I agree that they need a better vocalist.

to each his own i guess, i love trivium. Seen em live and they were awsome then too, didnt butcher any songs XD.
