Troy - the movie

Just to break up the reunion posts for a bit - I just saw this film last night for the first time and actually thought it was pretty damn good, but don't remember hearing much opinion about it when it came out.

Did people posting on here like the film???

i am yet to watch the film,i got it ages ago but hcouldnt be fucked watching it lol,of the opinions i have heard its an either love it or hate it film,pretty sure it was classed as a failure at the box office.

It must be better than the gay Alexander-movie. Jolie fucking sucks, "Youuuareeee Aläääxandäääär deh greeeeeeeeejat".

And Ferrell blonde hair looks very natural... not.

Firstly - who cares about Jolie's acting - she is JUST HOT!

Seconly best thing about Troy is the fact it was filmed in Malta (my parents home country) and once again my dad's 80+ year old uncle got a bit part in it (he was in Gladiator as well - lucky bugger).

Personally I felt the film was rather shit. Eric Bana was the only interesting character for me. Pitt was Shit. Bloom was Legolas.

Troy was really good. I liked it and Gladiator almost equally.

i however look forward to going back to malta to see "troy village" and can only hope it lives up to the majesty of "popeye village" ...what a resort
