TRS lapel mic to XLR?

Another mic question here. I have a TRS lapel mic and I'm trying to figure out a way to use it on my computer. I've searched for adapters with no luck. There appears to be no shortage of adapters for TRRS mics. I really don't care if it's for XLR, 1/4 inch, or even USB, I mainly want to use it in conjunction with my webcam for streaming.

Edit: I should have mentioned, my mic is a Sennheiser ME 2 omni-directional lav mic. It's a great mic, so I'd prefer to use this rather than the USB lav mics on the market that sound like you're in a toilet.
