Tung Oil

I've read that tung oil improves the playability of the neck. Is there any way to add tung oil to the neck or does it have to be finished this way?

I think its just a finish. Thought it is possible to refinish a neck if you really want to switch.

use tung oil on only oiled necks.. not painted necks It makes the neck much smoother and cleaner.. making it easier and faster to play.
