Turntable: Do you own one?

I have a combo turntable/cd player/radio. Its great, but theres no way to attatch better speakers to it which kinda sucks.

The humble Thorens pictured / discribed above trounces 1200's and 1210's anytime along with most other non suspended T/T's.

Here is a simple test for you to check the performance of your vinyl rig...

Place an LP on your record deck, without powering up the T/T place the stylus in the runout groove, now turn the volume contol up and take note as to what volume setting your system starts to feed-back.

This is caused by poor isolation/ instal / set-up...

Something to resolve over Christmas eh?
