This album is awesome. I recommend listening to the intro track, and also "The Ascension Ritual"... well worth the 14 minute investment. Pretty original stuff here, simple at times but always atmospheric. The first song definitely reminds me of Drudkh, but the rest of the tracks are quite different and equally excellent. "Ascension Ritual" features a creepy banjo/duclimer/guitar intro before a mix of sludge/black/doom metal with some sort of Danzig/Pantera-esque influences. They do it well, pretty memorable material IMO.

Imagine Tenhi mixed with Stormcrowfleet-era Skepticism. All acoustic instruments, but with funeral doom vocals. There you go, listen to it. There is only a 2-track demo available, but it shows some real promise. Actually I think that the vocals could use a little bit of improvement but they certainly fit the bill as they currently are. I would be highly interested in a full-length.
