1.Where's a good place to host a sig pic for free?

2.How can I make part of an image transparent in paint shop pro? For example, let's say I took the Borknagar.gif image from the Borknagar board, and wanted to make the black background transparent. How would I do that?

As for PSP, to make the black backround transparent, just go up into "File", then to go to "Export", then click on "GIF Optimizer". Once there, there's an option that says "areas that match this color". Just click on the color box, change it to black. Then just click OK and go from there. Hope that helps...
