UAD-1 Registration/help

Hey fella's I just got a great deal on a UAD-1 card and for some reason I can't get it to set up correctly. I downloaded the UAD software and when I try to authorize it, it just says that there are no UAD-2 devices connected, is there a way to show it is a UAD-1 card? Any thoughts?

yeah. uad-1 cards can only run software up to v6.1

install that archived version and it should work

Jup, you have to use an older setup file...

Look around the UAD site, there is mentioned that version (XY) is the Setup that works with UAD 1, newer Versioins will NOT support the older cards, it's a bummer, I own an old UAD aswell as number 2 and if I wanna buy the new API stuff for example I will loose the first card...

The most fucked up thing was the switch to seperate both cards(1 and 2)...

You have to manually pick which plug runs on which card, that's so damn stupid!
