The more I listen to Ultimate Gift the more it gives my goose bumps. What a song!!! 100% of pure emotions! How much more can you tell a person you love...?

And I think I found something interesting in this song :
At the very end of the song you can hear Ted sing the following line: "We can share each other`s pain."
Does anyone remember that line? Yep, it`s from Acquaintance!

Is this parralel intended or just "accidental"?

Those lines are probably very intended, since Ted also sings "I could dance with you all night, and make love by candlelight." This can't be a coincidence

Actually did you notice anything ELSE that souinds familiar about this song? Yes I picked up the lines at the outro and was tickled pink! but after further in depth listens i noticed something else!

sending chills up my spine ! acquaintance is my favorite ballad of all time, it's a shame that it never got radio airplay kind of like dream theater's another day, considering that ballads never seem to lose their popularity with audiences who tend to appreciate them every so often...can't wait to recieve my copy of blink ;-)
