how long have you had the 360? if you broke the seal your fucked, but there is a warranty on it so send it in..

You said a buzzing noise? have you done any modding? i would say its the fan, or something is loose in the 360 that needs to be tightened.

I never had the problem so i couldn't tell, but i know that the 360 tends to overheat and can cause problems. Check the 360 FAQ on the site.
