Hello there!!! We are Unfolded Vision, an Heavy Metal band from Portugal!
In late 2006, Filipe Moreira, Tiago Delgado and Hugo Moreira joined to form a Heavy Metal band, which would be Unfolded Vision. From the beginning their goal was to create original songs with only one constraint: to be a metal song. With that in mind, they started to write their own songs, enjoying their work, putting their own and different styles all in one piece. However, the band was not complete, for it had no singer and no bass player. Fortunately, João Cavadas joined the band, in 2008, bringing a different approach to the bass style, which, in turn, allowed a broader sound in the bands songs. Also the combining technics of Hugo Moreira and João Cavadas gave the rhythmic section a wider spectrum, far from the usual four by four classic rhythm part in the traditional metal scene. All they were missing was a singer, which was fulfilled by Henrique Loureiro, until 2010, making a home recording of Shadowland, Mans Game and Echoes From Myself. Since middle 2011, the vocal parts were assured by no other than César Teixeira, a long time frontman in the Portuguese metal scene and a companion in a João Cavadas former band. The five continued to write new stuff, putting their own soul in the bands songs and performing live.
In March, 2012, the band went into studio to record four songs: Wild and Free, Fear, Why and Aint No Stranger, the latter two written with the bands new line-up. The recordings where made in Soundvision Studios with co-producer Paulo Lopes.
