Upc and Digital Upc codes?

Ok im burning masters and I just realized the cut sheet has 2 Upc codes. One normal and then a digital. Everyone has gone home for the day at the label so I figured I would ask here. Any experience with this and what do i need to do with the digital one?

Might be an EAN. I know some European labels have those and once we get it in the states we assign it a UPC to distribute. Whatever the label has supplied to you, I would stick with that.
