Just caught the Katatonia/Cult of Luna/Intronaut/Tesseract tour in Boston last night. Typical first-day-of-tour difficulties, but the bands all sounded great.

Katatonia highlights: Ashen, Dissolving Bonds, Quiet World
Katatonia disappointments: Unfurl and Black Session were listed on the setlist but they played Ghost of the Sun and July instead

Chelsea Wolfe put on a wonderful show earlier this month; be sure to catch her if she comes around.

It really was, thanks. (I know I'm just being greedy complaining about Unfurl and Black Session not being played because, even without those two, it was probably the best of the four times I've seen them.)

Indeed. Their show was cut short but the 7 songs they did play was so good it was sick, totally worth the ticket price

No, 4 miles from Linköping but if I knew that they were playing I would probably go and see them. Really like their material.

Ah, okay. It was a pretty short show and their drummer was missing so the Interment drummer learned 7 songs in a few days. It was still great though, "Emptiness Fulfilled" was worth the entire entry fee <3

They opened for Demonical btw, went on stage first.. so I was solo growling and headbanging along
