I SPECIAL ORDERED my copy from Borders back in October, who didn't have floor copies . Barnes Ignoble still doesn't have it in their catalogue of floor merch. Anything in the TransWorld Entertainment (Coconuts, Spec's Sam Goody?) chains is clueless. The mail order indies never have much stock of the album. even GEMM doesn't bring up many results. With this in mind, I understand why people downloaded the cd (and/or the rough drafts).

Where the filesharing public errors is the downloading to uploading ratio. Over 99% of downloaders don't even understand that you must GIVE if you take, else the utopian prospect of a fan NETWORK remains a fantasy.

I have privately shared my copy with specific people, as a means of promoting maudlin/kayo.

yeah, Heart in Pieces, i hesitate to put words in the band members' mouths, but i think a few months ago Toby sympathized with other Brazilian poster/downloaders who did the same thing?

Not to be nitpicky, but the FYE I work at has 4 copies of COTE at the moment. They CAN special order them for you at an FYE.
