Using a boost while reamping?

Do people do this? Reamp box>boost>amp? I run a boost before I hit my amp so it's always guitar>boost>amp, but do people sometimes use a boost in the reamp loop and what are the results like? I want to retain the sound that I get when going guitar>boost>amp so it seems logical to put the boost right back into the chain.

Yup thats how i do it, and most of everyone on this forum i believe.

I do; ProRMP > TS9 / HM-2 > 5150.

yeh dude that's the way I always do it. Don't use TS with the 5150 III but always with the 6505

PRORMP>TS7>XXX here. I find that the TS7 is an easy way to bring up a bit of extra level that you need when reamping.

I actually tried using the ODB-3 as a booster instead of TS9 a few times... yes, ODB-3 is a really noisy bass distortion pedal, but oh man that thing makes the guitar sound so fucking agressive .
